This is a tool that we use to automatically adjust your property rental price to go up and down depending on demand. For example, a football match is coming up, which would mean high demand for accommodation and your nightly rental prices would automatically go up.
BOOKING & PAYMENTS
We can facilitate a guest's payments in a way that best suits you and or the person booking your property. We are set up to take payments online with "Stripe" secure payment gateway, or over the phone or with PayPal.
COSTS & CHARGES FOR THE ABOVE SERVICES
It is important for us to understand your business and the level of management that you would like us to engage in. We charge a 30% commission. This includes the commissions payable to booking platforms
